Mack Defense develops, produces, evolves and maintains high performance logistic and tactical vehicle platforms for government agencies and militaries worldwide. The entire range of tactical vehicles promoted by Mack Defense is from France's Renault Trucks Defense (http://www.renault-trucks-defense.eu/), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sweden's Volvo Group since December 2012.

The remaining logistical product line-up consists of ordinary civilian models painted beige or olive drab paint (MILCOTS - military commercial off the shelf).

In the defense vehicle segment, the United States government to date continues to support American companies, including Oshkosh and Navistar.
