  1. Well there yeah Go !!! The BMT Wiki answered all my questions too. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?app=tutorials&cat=2
  2. I haven't got that information yet... Hoping to get down there either this weekend or in 2 weeks from today. I want to get the numbers off the drivers door and off the chassis. Possibly off of the engine too. I also want to find out if my transmission housing is aluminum too. I'll take my camera again and get some more detailed pictures. This will probably be the last time I'll see it until I take delivery of it in the spring. The chassis numbers are just under the back of the cab? right side (passenger side)?? rite?
  3. Is there a way to identify which B model a truck is without the ownership/title in your hand. Until I get the ownership in my hands, the only thing I know about my truck is, It's a 1957. It has the Triplex 15 speed trani with the PTO and it's a diesel w/single drive axle. Is there a site that I can input my serial numbers and get a break down of the trucks option? Or identify the proper B model number ?

  10. I have an idea !!!! Find yourself a Garder Snake. When I first got my 57 Chevy Panel van and I was cleaning it out to bring it in... It stunk like mouse piss There was mouse houses all over the truck.. But I didn't see one mouse Couldn't understand why.. until I lifted the front floor mat, I found a FAT, and very HAPPY, Garter snake. I quickly gave him his eviction notice, then brought the truck in my shop. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/gt_ironman/IMG_1080.jpg http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/gt_ironman/IMG_1084-1.jpg http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/gt_ironman/IMG_1081-1.jpg NICE AND CLEAN NOW http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/gt_ironman/IMG_1092-1.jpg http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/gt_ironman/IMG_0699.jpg

  13. HaHaHa Hi Larry I'll take my chances here, and tread lightly. So for they're all a great bunch of guys. No plans have been made to float it home yet. I'm workin on it. I'm looking forward to getting down to Barrie soon to introduce myself to Jim and check out his truck. My southern To Do List is getting longer, and longer. So far what I've seen of Jim's truck in pics is pretty sweet, like most things pictures never do it justis. I bet it's amazing in person BTW: Larry Congratulations on your race season this year.
