  1. Looks nice but I would have kept the lettering (unless they requested it to be removed).
  2. Good idea. A BMT "hospitality" van?
  3. Exhaust stack questions... How tall should the stack be in relation to the trailer? I am considering installing a 48" stack that will be just to the top of the trailer. Curved or straight with flapper? NO bull horn! Pointed out at 90 degrees or 45 degrees or straight back?
  4. Jim - Thanks for the suggestions. I have been backing farm trailers and wagons since I could walk. I have backed many trailers behind cars/trucks. Like anything else, it takes some practice. Height is going to be the biggest issue. The trailer is 12'10" high so anything less than 13' is a no-no. I had to trim some pine trees at the farm so I can get out the lane.
  5. Thanks for the Friday night replies. I am planning to attend (that is if Doug accepts my reservation). Perhaps we need a BMT table.
  6. Thanks everyone for the comments. Carl - I need you as my "adverstising agent".
  7. Great news Mike! See you in Macungie.
  8. Thanks Vinny! It is my new desktop background.
  9. Sweeping the inside of the trailer today I found an allen wrench and combination padlock (don't know the combination). Does this count?
  10. Moved the rig from in front of the barn to the side. Now I will need to trim some pine trees so I can get out the drive.
  11. I'm with you 2stack!
  12. What a way to ruin a pizza!
  13. Nice U model. I agree, leaving the lettering, etc. would be a plus. But I am sure the "legal beagles" dictate otherwise.
  14. Interesting video...thanks for posting.
  15. Martian rolls? I think not since they stiffed me on the CH612s. I was thinking a big Mack logo, a John Deere logo, and a Cockshutt arrow logo. I should get one of those rear door decals that looks like it is open and shows the front of a MH or farm tractor.
  16. Who is going to the dinner on Friday night?
  17. I will bring it to Macungie and you can do it. It will give you something to do with your hands. Yea I need to take the time and clean all the old grease out of the grooves and underneath.
  18. Work$$$$$ for me! Cash up front.
  19. Vinny - only one way to know. Make sure it is the RH seat...otherwise it might tip to the left.
  20. I get 50% of the sales money - in cash please.
  21. Previous owner was Robb and Stucky Fine Funiture. I was told they went bankrupt.
  22. Black? Not with a Mack!
  23. "Spud Express" I don't want to gloat but I "nailed" it on the first try...beginners luck? Thanks to all the BMT members for their excellent instructions. Watching porn videos on the interweb helped too. It did however take three (3) tries to back it 90 degrees from the narrow side road into the barnyard (there is about 15' between a stump and a block building. I think the stump is going to be history soon. Ken - duh what do I do? Dispatcher - I think you back it up until it stops. Then pull forward about 3 feet and if the trailer does not come unhooked you are good to go. Don't worry about the landing gear and tire skid marks.
