Have a idea what box they might of used? And ya i have a 5 and a 4 but with 824 gears how fast do you think the truck will go and im not about to rip the axles out from under it thats why im looking for a box to add behind the 2 i all ready have. And the LJ with the 5 and 3 has 902 rears and 24 inch rubber. I was keeping up with cars on the road where i live without a problem. Thas why i was wondering what kind of gears are in the White box. I`m going to get info off of the main and photos of the auxilary tomorrow on the LJ. And double check the main and auxilary on the B81 for any numbers. While we are on this subject can anyone send me a photo of the cross section of the 8031 case? And i found a 6041 spicer would that hold up as a od trans behind a quad box? And has anyone else besides David and i thought about mounting a auxilary box backwords to get more OD speed? Can this be done if you make special linkage? Thanks Paul

Could be it says white really big on the tag (tag is red) and under white it has White motor co. Ill see if i can grab a pic tomorrow of the tag and the box... Thanks Paul

I happen to look at the auxilary transmission in my LJ tonight, i always thought it was a spicer turns out its a white transmission. White Motor Co. Anyone got any info on these transmisiions? First number is 80310 or 80310. Second number is 4?8847 or 4?0847 And at the bottom is has 12HP stamped on the tag. Its a 3 speed devorced auxilary. I believe if the tag in the truck is right it is a lo direct and over trans. Any help greatly Appreciated... Thanks Paul

I`m looking for a set of hubs for my B81. I have 11.00r24 tires right now. Found out there getting impossible to get. I would like a set of 22 inch hubs so i could run 12.00 r 22.5 tires. Even tho the 24 inch tires look better. Am i better to go with bud hubs or stay with spiders? (like the look of spiders tho) I would deff be intrested in higher gear ratio rears. 700`s Can you still buy gears for the old rears? Axle info is CRDP112 A50789 11KHA5113P6 R-824 (( or the 4 could be a A)) I believe the numbers on the spiders are 8QJ3144P2. It is a 1962 Mack B81 SX. Thanks Paul

Elite tire and wheel in Allentown PA. They have 8 or 10 tires. 11.00 r 24 tube type. But they are all diff tread i would like a matching set or at least 2 sets of 4 that match. They are 200 a tire. I was waiting for the cash to come for a truck i sold and they sold all the large numbers of matching tires off. ( guess that was a mistake). When I called and they said they should be getting some in from the military or there outwest supplier. They said call back in 2 weeks. I called 3 times they said call back in 2 weeks each time so i called today and got someone diff. he told me that the 11.00 r 24 tire has bin discontinued threw goodyear. Only place he thinks he can get them is from over seas. ((I`m going to check to see if he has any 12.00 r 24 tires tomorrow.)) Anyone have any good sources for tires, please let me know. If not im looking at switching hubs from 24 inch to 22 inch. Should i go bud or stay with spokes?
