  5. hey its a 2000, etech 460, rtlo 18, 44's(4.35), it had daytons on the lift and drives when I got it, I changed over to hub pilot, alum tanks, dual batt. boxes. the turbo is a garret and inj's are Rochester fuel stage II, complete 5" exhaust from the turbo back to twin high flow donaldson 10" mufflers(that took some serious though, but well worth it). most likly gonna instal (coolingmist) water inj this spring. custom interior with all stew warner gauges, 400 watt 10" sub under pass. seat. the scoop is donaldson 8" air ram, when I put left hand breather on I will have scoop aswell. the scoop has been on back order for a month and half, so if any buddy has an 8" air ram they dont want I will buy it! I do all my own work I did my apprenticeship at the local mack dealership.

  7. I went to the dealer today to price out the breather assy.(2MD 4107), 15" donaldson filter(57MD33), they wanted $843! after that i had get a quick weld on 1 of my roll off bins, so I went to my brothers shop, which used to have an all mack fleet. We was shoot'n the s**t when he said "I have a old breather in the back room". It was like Id won the lottery! not a spec of rust on it with the filter in it! today was a good day! james *the wife thinks Im dumb cause I cant spell "dual" I think shes dumb for...*

  11. here some pic of what I got done so far, will be putting on left(driver side) stack this week end! The mufflers Im using are donaldson 5 in 5 out 10" high flow, noise canceling(same as PPower) with 30" slash cut w/internial rain caps. I had to make new brackets from scratch to fit around the roll off unit. james

  13. Hey In my experence the cam would make a "popping" sound not a "chirp". You might wanna check air comp. or (sounds silly) head gasket or head bolts, I have herd them do it under load. GOOD LUCK!
  14. AMEN! I to was dumb and worked in a shop for years before I got smart and bought a truck LOL! different stud lenghts whether hub or stud pilot. Some 80's stud pilot hubs had a small lip(guide) that that would center the rims. You remove the "inner" studs and replace them with 1 peice hub pilot(studs). I did it on a '80 359 with 38k rears
  15. pitt power web site says it comming! and this place, Ive thought about calling them http://www.idc-solutions.net/MackE-7DieselPerformance.html#MACK%20ETEC%20etech%20performance%20power%20chip%20module
  16. heyhey flex pipe is garbage! but it serves a purpose. I will only use it in 1' lenghts, just to take the vibes out. You loose power and heat with to much flex. As for the pipe I make my own out of heavy wall. Right now all i have is a straight pipe come out a foot behind the cab, underneath. ITS LOUD! TOO LOUD! when I was a "young" O/O i loved it, now that Im a bit older its TOO LOUD! thats why the change. it tried to take pics tonite but no flash on sony handycam(go fig?) do it on weekend outside. james
  17. hey, yes twin stacks is my goal. I wish it was as easy for me in the 3rd pic, I have a rolloff and the rails sit 6" from the cab, and hyd. lines underneath. I got it all figured out(me thinks!) have a good day and DONT buy a new truck!!
