  1. Well I figured out if you start the truck and shut it back off and restart before the dash loses power the code goes away.
  2. This is the truck I swapped the AC motor out for a E7. I wonder if that’s what’s causing the 6-7 code?
  3. Has anyone had this code? Says power relay, so I changed the 4 power relays in the dash and still nothing. Took the truck to dealership and after $2050 bc the fried the ECM I still left with the same problem.
  4. Friend of mine is running the set up I will get the number
  5. I’ve been seeing some guy running the stage 2 injectors with a turbo off a 60 series Detroit.
  6. Ran the truck all day and had a code come up 6-7 power relay. What is this?
  7. I wonder if I can get one from a parts store? Does anyone know the part number for a Ambient air temp sensor
  8. We’ll finally got to pull a load with truck yesterday. Did a great job, someone said the E7 has a Ambient air temp sensor but where is it located at?
  9. The plug on the firewall for the engine harness is the same. The Aset harness only had two more pin in the plug. I did use the transmission harness that went with the Etech. I did not touch any thing in the dash just plugged the Etech harness in. The lightning bolt on the dash is on and it’s a 1-4 code ambient air temp sensor with the E7 doesn’t have. I haven’t pulled a load with it yet, plan on it this weekend. I will take some pictures and post for y’all.
  10. The only difference I seen on the harness was the AC harness had two more pin in the plug.
  11. Nope I used the lines off my wrecked 2003. The AC motor had a electric fan and the E7 was air but it works fine. I did have to use fan shroud off the 03.
  12. Well finished up the motor swap on my 2004 ch today. The engine harness on the 2003 E7 plugged right in the firewall, did not change out any of the wiring in dash just wanted to see if it would run. Believe it or not the truck fired right up and ran great the lighting bolt on the dash is on showing a code 1-4 Ambient Air Temp Sensor with the truck doesn’t have anymore.
  13. Ok I will check it out. The AC motor has been nothing but trouble since day one. So I figured what the hell the E7 only has 49,000 miles on rebuild and was a good running truck. Gone to pull both in the shop side by side and start disassemble.
  14. Taking E7 motor out of my wrecked 2003 CH and dropping it in my 2004 which has a AC motor. How much work am I looking at swapping the wiring harness? The AC engine has electric fan an the E7 has air.
  15. Turn the switch an nothing but a click. I replaced starter relay and no change. So I go to Mack an pick up new starter. Get the starter on and still nothing. I checked the two wires that come down beside transmission and they were good. I only have power to one of them when the key is turned all the way to the start position. Any tips would be great.
  16. Ok thanks it started showing the pp387 and the pp327
  17. 2008 CHU throwing a P081 M128 01 12F what does it mean?
  18. Looking for a pic of the fuse panel chart for the fuse block on top of the dash on a 2008 CHU 613.
  19. Ok thanks. I will check it out, do you think I can clean it?
  20. Just replaced the 7th injector on my 08 CHU maybe 2 months ago and everything has been working great. Well got in it this morning and started it up and the regen light on the switch is back to blinking again. So I checked the codes and sure as hell its the same ones as last time. M128 pp326 and the Psid 47 F12. Can a 7th injector just go bad after 2 months?
  21. Can someone post a fuse panel chart for under the dash on a 2008 CHU613. I'm looking for F73. Thanks
  22. Yes i was losing coolant. I found it on the inside of the frame rail.
  23. On my 2008 chu613 I noticed oil has been pushing out the power steering tank. I pulled the dip stick and it looks like there coolant in the oil. What could be the problem?
