  1. Stretch the spring a bit if you want ! 40 pounds is fine thou ! and If there is a tiny hole thru the center at the pointy end of that plunger solder it closed! I believe B IN B pulling is likely running a Robby bosch most racers like these pumps better! 30 - 40 psi ok it will still pull fine at that stock! remember they have a high fuel demand when racing! pressure and flow is important there!
  2. Its built in to the pump ! Right rear round thing near the return line remove the allen plug and check the spring! make be broken!
  3. Un plug the eecu and check for coolant at the plug!
  4. Yup check the codes! howerver Does it shut off clean or sputter to a stop! =fuel issue ! Stops clean = Electrical!
  5. Well let us know if the new injector cures it! Not the first time we see bad reman injectors!
  6. The fuel pedal has a close relationship with this also !
  7. Nope the new age disc brakes are very pricey! And if used on stuff like garbage packers ect wear real quick plan on doing pads yearly or less! ! Also We had a customer with a low bed he was replacing pads and rotors left right and center due to the terrain here! Mountain roads and heavy logging equipment don't mix well with this setup they stop reliably for the first bit how ever expensive to repair ! These are a fair weather / over the road braking system in my opinion ! Wouldn't use it on stuff that has to work hard myself! Just my opinion!
  8. Another place you can look here is the Vecu check the plug to this its under the mid dash and unfortunately its mounted wire side up and if the windshield leaks it can cause gremlins if water gets into the plug or The ecu itself!
  9. Nope not dumb ! I just think your glasses were smudged ! 🤣
  10. look down by the cab mount Joe!!! nit switch! ground fault has black wire I believe you are correct on the relay! looks like an R model!

Layers of it Joey! They had to implement this or the 10000 dollar clutch would burn up! As much as this trans works amazingly well when it screws up its pricey ! Provided all is working in harmony all is good! BUT if anything is out of tune get your wallet out ! I stopped by the shop last week the boys were doing an Mdrive clutch and front section re and re as it was to expensive for us to replace and input bearing they exchange the main box! Parts changing not mechanicing Yep ! the New Age! If you stomp to hard to fast it will likely derate on you 🙄!

  16. They offered up lots of special tools over the years most never used by me! Always had a work around for most! to this day they make the dealers buy" essential " tools many of them virtually not needed for everyday use! The first tools they sent us when the Volvo guys took over was brackets to remove the engines with! This instilled confidence that the product was going to have longevity I guess🤣 ! 🙄

if it were the griper you would think all the brakes would stick! Modulator valve comes to mind here for me! Try some brake line antifreeze !
  19. Good job! The unloader on these used to stick common issue! You can buy a head replacement kit for the single cyl compressor!
  20. Vlad AS I mentioned the situation compounds and any number of scenarios is possible ! not sure this about other engines the 8 665 866 also had the same issue BUT it was two valve ! The seat would just come loose and make a pop pop sound when being shut down , being a bigger seat it would not break up or fall out the four valve seat was much smaller more fragile ! It is defiantly not pretty when it happens and the chain of events expensive!
  21. You have all the tools you need! man 11/8 wrench a flat blade screw driver and your thumb!
  22. I am also a an auto slack hater just an excuse for dumb ass people to not know what to do in some cases these guys are hearding tanker bombs down the highway if they are relying on auto slacks that aren’t working they are flirting with everyone’s life!
  23. Agreed long stroke should be mandatory in my mind! More room for error if the driver doesn’t know how to look at brakes! No need to have brake checks if people don’t know what they’re looking at!
  24. yes bro! running Bad timing can cause this to! this engine has appeared to have run low on coolant the liners are All scuffed and the end result it took out the bottom end! Just abused ! In my opinion in order of failure> Valve seat dropped they kept running it and then it likley cracked a liner and lost coolant and over heated kept running it GAME OVER! Seized a rod! So many things can compound when a seat drops and you keep running it If your luck you don't grenade The engine like this one! Most often when these seats dropped it happens as your shutting the engine down it leaves just enough time for a piece to fall out so when you go to start up next cycle your engine has a pounding knocking noise! and you Say WTF!😡
