Actually the 673 engines weigh 2,000 lbs. I can dig out my repair manual, that's where I saw this info.
I wonder how far dressed they refer to that weight? Clutch? Bellhousing? That big stuff adds up quickly.

I think that is where Matt posted above about the cost. I got real lucky buying my air ride cut off for $500. Most yards are way over that for just a housing.

I was going to say I think somebody already posted this. I guess I wasn’t crazy. Yes it looks really clean. We were talking about one tank. I think last discussion trying to figure out if it was gas. Engine… Bob
The ad says Diesel. No picture to prove it.
I wonder if the battery is in the alum step box?

Yes Vlad, air start.
Doesn't look to hateful overall. I wonder if the lack of batteries are the reason they call it "non runner"? No one wants to air it up for the starter to work?
Agree, pricey for what it is.

1000-1200# or so.
I know my folding engine crane would just pick it up with the boom all the way in. I unloaded my 237 from a small trailer with it.

C`mon Larry,pics or it didn`t happen.
Luckily the stall is just barely wider then the truck so I can use it to prop myself up. You have to be a skinny ass to get around the truck while parked inside.

Was working on my race car last month. Was trying to run some new wiring for O2 sensors I put in the collectors. Tried to crawl in the car to get my head under the dash.....nope, not happening with the door bars in the way. I can't contort enough with my back all jacked up and my sciatica on my right hip killing me. Damn, this old crap sucks.

I wish my B61 had those hinged front fenders.
I was just thinking that last week when I was working on the turbo downpipe.... stretched across that damn fender with my foot pushed against the garage wall holding myself up.

Lost my mother last May at 93. She was failing for about the last 3 yrs. Assisted living, then nursing home for the last few months. It was a horrible thing to watch. We laughed too about how she would cuss like a drunken sailor sometimes..... we'd say "yup, she's still like her old self!". She was a tough cookie, thus where I get my attitude sometimes.
FJH , love the ol Dog. Gives you great satisfaction to be able to make the young ones scratch their head when they can't just "plug it in"!

Lack of fuel will cause low boost. Is something cutting that down?

You have never heard of My Saint Helen? The top blew off in 1980. Made a mess for states.

Have to get number for you. Stock turbo that was on it. I did have bearings/seal put in it a few years ago, just because it was inexpensive and something I won't have to worry about for awhile.

I wouldn't trust anything from Amazon in this instance. Too much CHI-NA knockoff junk that won't stand up.
I have a local truck parts house and buy everything there.
