  5. I had a 1956 long wheel base (Originally a cement mixer) B81 I bought from, San Vel, in Littleton, MA that had a quad box in it. I bought it in 1967

  8. OH OK, I remermber when growing up, it was a big event waiting for April 1st and the spring thaw for the crushing plant here in town to start up after closing Oct 31st. All the piles would be sold through the winter and they never ever made enough inventory because of not wanting to pay taxes on it. My brother and I had 2 Dodge dumps working in the yard under the bins averaging 110 loads a day to the various stock piles. This was before they used belting systems to do it, I have to say working those trucks, put us through school. The 2 ton got $4.25/hr w/ driver and the 3 Ton $5.50/hr w/ driver.........Paul (Attached only known picture I have of the 3 Ton, big 6 cylinder Chrysler Industrial Engine in it, 2 carbs, 2 intake manifolds, 2 heads, 2 exhaust manifolds, air brakes, loved that truck)
  9. You're family owns this operation, how big is it....Paul
  10. What a great idea, why do schools discontinue courses like this and the trades? It's enough to make you puke.
  11. Hi Vlad, Red DM800 is my latest buy. I bought the 1964 B81 with the big body and cab protector just for that very look even though I have to withstand a lot of comments about it. Last time I ran trucks for hire was in 1971. Since then I have been running my tool & die business as I am a tool designer by trade but have this truck sickness, LOL..........Paul
  12. Dan, I like that, I think I need one of those for my B81 tractor.......Paul
