So this is kinda a odd thing that I noticed I did a onsite dirt job the other day so mostly idling and 1st gear and reverse and after a hour or two I noticed a burning oil smell and noticed some oil smoke and it hasn't done this before otherwise other than the smoke it was normal, it does have some blowby but nothing like any of the cats I have drove but the odd thing is when the day was done I drove home and when I got home I checked everything out and no more oil smoke and the exhaust smelled normal I know I need to check my turbo but everytime I have saw a turbo push oil it was worse driving down the road so could I have bad valve seals but it don't normally do this only when idling for extended periods of time and I have ran it every day since April and I check the oil daily and it hasn't used any oil that I can tell

I DONT. get the impression that this is alarming to you, more of an observation. One if my customers has an '04 Granite that does the same thing once in a while.  I would lean towards valve seals. Of course a compression test would be good to see if you have a weak cylinder.  Are you doing the work or a hired mechanic?

How much did it consume?

I had a DM600 roll off truck that burned, leaked. and had blowby. I had to  carry a 5 gallon bucket of oil in the cab on the passenger side. It finally gave up one day about 5 miles from home. It had been using oil like that for about 6 months. I put a Mack Pedigree in it. They were only about 7500 at the time

Yeah I am not just terribly concerned with it but more confused that it has never done it before and it don't normally use oil and then after driving it cleared up and hasn't done it since I started it and let it idle for probably 30 minutes today and it never did it but how hard are valve seals to change I normally try to do everything myself but I may leave it alone and see if it does it again

With respect... Asking how to do valve seals, and my  knowing that valve train very well. If you dont know how to do seals on this Mack, you really need to get the book and read it. Mack valve train is adjusted quite differently then Cat or John Deere for example, and if you make a mistake on yours, you risk cracking a lifter roller..  What say you ??
