AC not blowing cold air. Freon is full

Recommended Posts

AC was working normally in my 2015 Mack CXU until a few months ago when it stopped blowing cold air. Freon is full. Don't know if it a fuse or something mechanical. Any one have experience in this?

with gauges hooked up, do you see pressure changes that resemble an operating a/c compressor? did you probe for power at the compressor? I think its a 3 wire plug .  Any chance it works, and then freezes up, and shuts down for a bit? check for power at the pressure switches as well.  sorry about all the questions, I guess I dont have enough info yet.  jojo

We can try Joey, I  have no idea about this type of compressor

However it is all loosely based on the same idea

So I guess I would be trying to see if the wire to engage the compressor has power and start there

If it's freezing up thats a whole different kettle of fish
