Jake Brake Parts needed?

Recommended Posts

Tec brake is the knock off for Jacobs brake.

Mack has some parts for Jacobs 2 valve, but very slim.  The full rebuild kit is still available, as I did mine a few years back before I put them on.  Pricey, very pricey.  I just didn't want to have to deal with mine not working or any other problem from vintage, oily old motor parts.

I think I know of the "insert" that screws into the head, has an O ring that seals into the Jake assembly.  I likely had to purchase those when I installed mine?  I can't recall what all the small pieces that came with the jakes I bought?
