07 granite cabin filter

Recommended Posts

Good day Mack people my granite is a gravel / dirt hauler has anyone figured a civilized method to keep the cabin filter serviced? Seems removal of the console for every filter cleaning is a pain. Due to the type of work in dusty environment  I'm considering cutting a access in the console so I can service the filter easier. Has anyone done something similar?   Ideas?

cutting may be good. just consider a good seal when you insert the assembly, so that you dont get dusted in the cab... it is not a good design for off road work.

Do they still draw air from the base of the windshield? I used Cab Fresh filters on my 2000 CH when I had it. I actually used Cab Fresh filters on all my trucks. Very good quality, great people own the company, easy to install and clean.

I actually helped them redesign the Paystar 5600i filter and wrote the installation instructions. They used to have a pic of my truck in the Paystar advertising.
