Parking brake on 1986 Midliner air over hydraulic

I have a1986 midliner with air over  hydraulic brakes with no sign of a parking brake can someone tell me what they used.

The parking brake control valve is located between the driver’s seat and the passenger bench seat.

Ok that’s what I was afraid of is it the lever with the lock you have to pull up if so looks like the lines going to it are all gone.Do you know whether they go to the rear end or master cylinder.

It's been years. I can't imagine how the lines to the valve would be all wrong.

I would guess they would go to the rear end as it wouldn't work if you had a hydraulic failure and I'm pretty sure they are meant to be fail safe
