chu613 Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 Yes it is redesigned. It's a 3 piece hood now. I don't know if it's a stronger hood though. I don't think they had any problems with the old design. That and new LED headlights will be the highlights of the new CH although the hood it's in production right now. bbigrig Posted August 2, 2017 Share Posted August 2, 2017 For 2017 emissions the hood lines needed to be changed. Part of the 17 emissions had aerodynamic stipulations. Mackpro Posted August 2, 2017 Share Posted August 2, 2017 I have seen 2016's with the new hood. It has a little dip in the center and they went back to the old CH 3 piece glue together style.
