BillyT Posted October 5, 2016 Share Posted October 5, 2016 Whites in Raphine was always my favorite t.s. in the Shenandoah valley,but towards the late 2000s it would fill up by the late afternoon and I would park across the street at the Wilco I think it was,And go over to Whites in the morning when it cleared out for breakfast.Should be about the third generation of Whites running the place now!
