Darcy1 Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 Hello everyone. Its a 2004 rb690s. Blink code 3-1 exhaust gas temperature. FMI 4 voltage below normal or shorted low.installed new sensor. Code came back.checked voltage at connector for the guage 12.56vsensor harness is not shorted checked with a meter.I'm thinking the guage is defective?Any thoughts?Thanks again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had an issue with a CV some years ago, I installed a pyrometer that had a thermo coupler and gauge. I popped out the black plug that say's Mack on it , next to the air valves and installed it there, I think I went into the EECM and shut off the pyrometer setting... it's been a few years, but the pyro worked.. jojo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
