e9500v8 Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Currently looking at a 2000 model CL with a 427. I know all about the rest of the truck. My question is , is the motor any good ? The newest motor we have now is a E7 350 mechanical. This will be all foreign to me going electronic. I don't really want to but truck is all set up the way I want it otherwise. I know I can surely put an old E6 in it if I have to. Would love to hear some experiences with this engine !! Forgot to mention it has 450k miles !
