What is the easiest way to adjust the rack? Truck sat for a long time and a hammer and punch were used to free the rack. I believe the barrels are not in sync with the rack. Truck runs, but will not shut down with the fuel shut off. All the barrels are in a different position. Any ideas? Thanks.

Pull it off the engine and send it into a pump shop. I don't think the barrels are "out of sync" with each other as they are a mechanical connection but anything is possible.
