41chevy Posted October 12, 2011 Share Posted October 12, 2011 UPS man delievered my Zygo test kit last night. Its a dye and activator the shows cracks and bad welds under black light. I learned to use this when I worked EB weld at Grummans Aircraft. The cost is now down enougth to be used by small companies. Tried an un repaired section of my AC chassis to see how it works. WOW I got cracks!
