Nice U Model Barry. It is nice to see some of the orphans here. I have a 1950 A-51T Mack with a END 510 Diesel engine parts are hard to come by so I am going to put a C-180 cummins in it when I get some time.I love the B Models but would like to see some pictures of some of the Orphans.Keep up the good work.

I have a question for you guys,I am rebuilding a U-model it to has a 300-with a 5 speed,on the road it runs about 70 mph at 2300 to 2500 rpm if I remember right. that is with the pedal to the floor and the governor kicked in.Question: does it hurt the engine to hold it to floor ?reason I ask is on the dash it has a decal that says hi-low I am wondering if it had a 2nd stick at one time?( By the way that is one sweet truck)
