Front Spring Part Numbers

Hmmm...looks like P5 variation but calls for 11 leaf springs.

Must be a Rockwell 10,500# axle.

hmmm..it is a 3 leaf currently on the truck . and looks stock? will my build sheet show the front spring arangment? truck was built in 1977 so I think the 11 and 12 leafs were outdated by then?

That's what the vin number produced, but you can check the line sheet. Look for the 1QK arrangement. See if is the same as I posted above. 1QK49306P5 If not, I can run the 1QK number from your sheet.

My 78 RL has 12 leafs as built. 12,000# Rockwell axle.

ok will have to check the build sheet when I get back home. I thoght the 12 leafs were done after around the mid 70s? learn something new every day.

I have a 79 RS600L VIN# RS600LST46151 it has spoke wheels, 3 leaf springs, #38000 REARS. ,2 Stick 6 speed, rear mount PTO. Ron

My 77 R795 is on three leaf front suspension also with a FA-537W front axle.
