MACK MAN Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Can anybody tell how wide a factory Mack sleeper for a Superliner was,Able body made the sleeper,called them they can't seem to help me.I am having a sleeper made for my 1988,and need to know how wide,also if anybody know what the radus that was in front of the sleeper was,so the stacks can fit into the sleeper. Superdog Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 I have a couple used ones out back with dual cut outs.,I'll have Mikey measure them for you when he gets home Wed. nite.I had a brand new 36" Able with dual cutouts,traded it for a '69 F model last year.Still have a brand new one with single cut out. 87valueliner Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 The Able sleeper on my truck measures 85" across. Its a 36" sleeper and on the exhaust cutout it measures 28 1/4 from back of sleeper to where cutout begins. Hope that helps and wasn't too confusing.
