After friday night root canal, sporting a larrge goiter on my jaw from swelling. Can't open mouth more than 3/8ths inch so haven't eaten since.

Off to school again this morning to try to learn sumpin. Hoping Other Dog got along on his trip alright.

Got one hell of a headache from an abcessed tooth. Root canal on orderr for one my two remaining teeth Tuesday.

Swelling has receeded in my jaw a bit. Can now open my trap about 7/16 of an inch which is just enough to shove a spoon full of soup through. Lots easier than a straw. Momma has been showing unusual compassion for me all day.

Get a call from dentist office confirming my Wednesday appt. Give them an update on my jaw and they want to see me ASAP! They pull the plug in my tooth and about get sprayed from the puss ball underneath!! Dentist says, Damn, never seen one this bad. Imagine that I say. New prescription for strong antibiotic to kill infection tastes like shit but hope it works. I getting hungry for solid food.

Feeling broke. Need a load of Peterbilt parts for a scrap run.

Busted a spring shackle on the way home from Chicago today. The "Trusty, yet Crusty" Dodge still got me home. Will order parts for both sides tomorrow.

Got the spring shackles replaced tonight along with new rear shocks. Nice difference in ride quality.

Awww Geez, everytime I put negative pressure in my mouth like sucking on a straw, I draw out some fresh puss from within the gumline under the teeth. Like me it has bad taste. Jaw is starting to loosen up a bit in movement but still can't eat solid food. And that dogmeat was sounding so good too.

New antibiotic must be doing some good. That dull ache is diminishing through the rt. side of my face and I can actually carve that green shit from between my tooth and gum.

Think that's why I can't remember shit. Burnt my brains out in the 70's.

They finished up with this root canal on my tooth today. Don't think I've ever felt this kind of pain before.

Up most of the night with this bonafide pain in my jaw.
