Well I got some news on Thursday that my 36 year old son Ernie is gonna need Open Heart Surgery to replace his Pulmonary Valve, this will be his 4th sergery. My two boys were both born with Congenital Heart Disease, Don't ask cause I havn't got a clue why there is no family history, shit my father had 11 brothers and 3 sisters all good so who the hell knows why?? We lost his brother Joseph in 1986 at St Marys Hosp in Rochester Mn. Ernie now has his own family with a 6 year old son of his own Surgery date has been set for Aug. 1st at NY's Columbia Pres. JR. has not had it so E/Z but you would never know what the kids been through if ya new him, he's always been a happy go lucky kid with a positive outlook on life. I'm not lookin for any sympathy cause I know we all have our cross to bare but I will ask for your prayers, I just hope the Good Lord will not take him from us so he can raise his own son 'Joseph' Thank you all on this Mack site for your prayers Ernie Delli Santi AKA BULLHUSK

Thats an E/Z pump to turn up, but they were trouble for me back in my 1987-88 Macks! If you take the big cover off the side of the pump and find brass on the bottom then your bushings are shot and they are known to do just that! BULLHUSK

I need some help here, I called a guy in NJ about 6 months ago about restoring my Mack and Brockway 200 series,he has not gotton back to me yet so I guess he is not a player! All the Mechanical stuff is done so all that has to be done is the body work, I also have all the body parts and stuff. Question?? A lot of the older garbage and dump trucks out this way, run a 3 speed OD aux trans behind the Allison. I don't know if you can progressively shift the aux. or not cause I've never driven one BULLHUSK

There's a guy that I deliver to that has 4 F-550 Fords with 2 YD concrete mixers on them and two Internationals with 4Y'S he gets a premium for his concrete but he puts those 550' in the back yards for deck footings and small patios all you need is one guy to back him in and hold the shoot it sure saves a lota back and leg pain!!!BULLHUSK

Well Mark I feel your pain! I get forced to get more trucks every year cause more an more guys are getting out! I am getting better rates but ins. And fuel and workmens comp. Just eat it up!! I am lucky if I break even, my only hope is maybe someday one of the big boys will buy me out. I've got about 25 power units and about 35 trailers and it ain't fun anymore, I sleep with the phone on my night table waitin for the break down call or what the hell ever could happen between 12 an 3 am when these guys start, and when I get the I'm sick call I'm dressed and out of the house to cover the work! It's your family business deal and we all work hard, my son and wife work just as hard as me! I was wishin that this a- hole didn't get re elected but he did cause I know that if MItt R was in office today, we would be well on our way back to bein a great country again and we would be drilling for our own oil and sendin the oil co's runnin for the hills!! Never use anything in the crankcase of a 2-cycle Detroit other then a stright oil (30 wt or 40 wt) or a maybe a 20 wt in temps below 15 deg! I use a product called Lucas Upper Cylinder Lub in all of my older trucks even my 1988 R-600 with a E-6 350 That FPPF is real good stuff also, esp. if you have water in your fuel tank, that stuff boils it right out BULLHUSK PS Lookin to retro my Lawn Boy with a V-6-53 for my 6AM Sunday morning lawn cuttttSS
