May I know the meaning of RB-690S.
RB is R model set back axle, But I don't know for 690S.
The year of the truck is 1990.
Thanks for your answer.

Anyone know who might be able to custom build a wood windshield frame for a 1926 Mack AB???

Contact the museum and ask for the factory drawings for the 1926 AB windshield assembly. A donation of $50 is a good idea since the museum is all volunteer.
May be good to have the truck serial number just for a good measure. Paul

On the subject of Jay,what I like about him is he is interested in everything mechanical, not just socially acceptable high buck stuff, lambos,Ferraris etc.He has driven virtually everything on wheels! Steam tractors, that outrageous tank engined roadster and so on.I just received a window motor from rock auto.com,for a 93Camry. 32 bucks plus shipping.(The whole unit, incl.drive assembly) they give you a choice of name brand Dorman was mentioned,or el cheapo(which I bought) the thing worked perfectly and looked like the original. they list all the major big trucks,Mack,'s etc. But only cover later models. The part I got was 80 bucks at auto zone .That photo of Heavy gunners hay field, makes me wanna sing God bless America! And they're burning our flag!

This sucks, to the highest level of sucktivity. The road over here was so slick when I got home yesterday that I almost slid into the mailbox trying to turn into the driveway. Solid hard-packed snow. This morning it snowed more, making it that much slicker, then it started sleeting, making it that much more slickerer. And nary a salt truck, sand truck, or state truck of any kind has been seen...none. I pay my taxes just like everybody else!

Picked up a six pack of new-to-me beer at the store a while ago- Waterfront Blonde Ale. It was on sale and it had a pretty picture of a boat on it- nice, eh? No, it also has a horrible bitter aftertaste- kinda reminds me of a soy sauce, bleach, diesel fuel, and green persimmon mixture. I'm sticking with Anheuser-Busch from now on.
