I’m almost positive it’s a “flasher” built into the module. So I’d check the simple stuff Mackpro listed before condemning a module. If it’s a dump the plug he’s talking about is a round plug about half way or a little less to the back from the cab. Most likely on the passenger side. Comes off a factory harness and then the upfitters use theirs to plug into it and run the rest. -
yup! It’s exactly what the dealer has, can’t get anything better. Also with customer portal there is a shitload of online classes you can take. I haven’t done many but it’s on my list. I believe you have to complete so many before you can go to any of their classes at their school. Which is another thing I’d like do.

yes they did and it’s too bad it’s not a filter that can just be replaced. It’s the whole module at 800 dollars.

It’s funny because out of all the scan tools PTT is the cheapest and does it all.

There’s a forum out there called MHH Auto that’s loaded with soo much shiesty software downloads and things like that.

What’s the coolant and air tanks looking like? If it’s burning it, you most likely won’t see it in the exhaust. Just when the dpf becomes plugged up.

If you get it and need help a lot of us can help you. There’s def a learning curve, you need to just mess around with it for a while. Also if you change any parameters central systems knows and documents it. I’ve heard stories of guys changing things like oil temp warning and things like that. Then smoke an engine and try to get it warrantied. Then get told nope.

So yes it has its down falls but the good out weighs the bad by far.
