The plugs are already there on the factory cab harness. Are the tags on the other truck in better condition, so you can identify the correct plug ?

Yes the thing on top. Gently Clip a vice grip on the input shaft, and unscrew it out if the housing.. the top cover will come with it.

if you can knock that housing loose, you should be able to unscrew it out of the housing. It has the worm gear on it. also,,,,? on the sector shaft, is there a deep groove where the seal rides? very common... A machinist, can weld it up, and then turn it down to new. Not sure what you are trying to do at this point but there are options other than hunting for another steering gear. I'm curious what the Dog Pound say's..

The bolt slots are stamped for front or rear. Use the hole related to the position, so that the angle is right

When you move the pedal does the pin move with it or is it stuck in the yoke ? It looks like it moved a 1/4".

Do you have plugs for the ports to keep the cucka out ? I beleive they are 3/8 NPT threads.

60-80 psi. Definitely check that.

He is a soft Republic. I think he, at this point, is protecting his last years to keep his wealth. He was good, but the current Dem freaks of today are pushing and winning their B.S. agenda's and old men are getting tired. Check the TEM sensor. Remove it and see if there is metal dust on it, then wipe it clean. It has a keyway, so it only goes in one way. Also, look at the condition of the wires

Its the plug at the injection pump

You will need to remove the passenger seat, then you can pull the floor pan . The bolts are 13 mm metric, and theres about 12 of them. Pull the floor mat back at the edges to see the bolts. The throttle pedal will come with that floor panel. It can stay mounted, just disconnect the linkage or wire harness, not sure what you have for an injection pump.

when you had the shifter out, did the slots for the shifter pawl look rounded out as well as the pawl ? It can get stuck in gear or even put it in 2 gears at once. If there is too much wear. Going back to what trans it is.. its a T-2090..

Trans goes into high range while in 4th gear.

Sounds like a worn detent for the shuttle. You say 4th. But over to the right and down is 5th. Before i go too big, what recent work was done to the trans, shift cover for example ?
