hey dan, I got my rad and air2air from Hamilton radiator, good guy, his name is brad. You probably got good rad shop your way though, if not let me know. The air2air, we couldnt get a RW(V8), so we had to order one for a CL with the E9, and had to use adapter pipes. The elbos are shit! and have to use 2 extra bellows. the pipes shake too much and have pulled the bellow of the intake elbo at the motor end. I gonna get 2 new full lenght air pipes made with the proper bends at the air2air. bobo

Do you have a fitting on the oil pan?? That's where my temp sending unit is..and that's where I have seen others install them..
nope! if i did it should be by the 3 oil fiters correct? bobo

Im wanting to hook up a oil temp gauge on my E9 superliner, the truck was not built with the gauge,. I have looked for spots to put the sensor, on the back of oil cooler where oil pressure line comes off, I could tape into there, or I could just tee it off the gauge in the dash. any thoughts would help! bobo

I worked at westernstar for a few years, before Freightliner took over they were very well built trucks! bobo

chelsea or muncie is most popular. company trucks are 50/50 (tranny/crank) but any O/O i know of here, we all run crank mount. easier to use, trouble free, better flow, and oil stays warmer in winter. only problem is the extra lenght it adds to truck, Im 4" over lenght if i get caught using my 5 axle trl. bobo
-
most roll offs up here are crank mount pto, I wouldnt have my truck any other way!
-
Mack and Volvo are the last ones to build all their trucks in the USA. Literally everyone else have some trucks built in canada or especially MEXICO. Spread the word to anyone and everyone. Mack=100% of the trucks roll out of Pennsylvania production facility
is there a problem with trucks made in canada? Mack made shit loads of trucks here for years! Were they offshore junk? Hmm... Don't think so! Bobo
