  1. I really apologize for the late reply... I was so depressed I'm stuck on this truck and can't move ..... The air brake system giving me a beating ... I just got basically the only used air compressor on the island ..... We got it up and now it seems. I have major leaking so the mechanic advised me to get foot valve and unloader valve and to check the lines for leaks ... I have no idea how these valves look... I'm checking eBay and Amazon but it's not helping.... Any assistance would be much loved
  2. I have a question... The unloader valve and foot valve you replaced a long time ago ... Were they Mack midliner parts ...or universal parts ..... I have a serious problem with my air brake system.... I think I have leaks and I need to replace these valves
  3. Hello to the forum. I'm desperately trying to locate or convert an air brake compressor on a 1994 Mack midliner ms200p. I've been trying for the past 3 years with absolutely no success. This compressor is belt driven with a single piston.. It is a knorr bremse brand and I would love to know if any other compressor on any other truck engine can be used... Desperately seeking some help
  4. Can I ask where is the governor located on this truck
  5. I cleaned the compressor rings .. What I need to find now is the governor ... where can I find it
  6. The compressor only has one line that goes to the tank...... a mechanic told me some trucks do not use governor as governors are mostly common on larger conventional american trucks..... he said some trucks simply blow off the excess air when the pressure in the tanks are maxed
  7. Where is the governor I can't find it anywhere....I have a 1994 ms200p. .. air over hydraulic brakes
  8. Hey can you take a pic of the air governor on your truck please
  9. Good day everyone..... I have a simple question.... can any air brake governor be used on a mack midliner ms200p....a mechanic showed me te governor but I noticed it's different from any truck I've ever seengovernor gin
  10. Can u set up something to directly glow the plugs.... Run wires straight from the battery to the glow plug bar
  11. I also have a problem.... My wet tank has a lot of oil and sludge coming from it... In fact both wet and dry tanks having this issue.... Plus I can't go over 40 psi.... And no air is escaping anywhere
  12. are the oil and fuel filters universal for the ms200 ms250 ms300 and cs models..... even the mack manager and mack freedom
  13. The truck is in amazing shape...... I checked the wix oil filter online...... It seems to fit the cs200....... Do you think the same filters can work on both your truck and the cs200... Someone told me....just change the oil and filters very regular and on time and that engine lasts forever
  14. Can't stop looking at how clean it looks ..... I love it
  15. Yes I've heard they are quite fuel efficient.... how about the engine parts.... having any trouble finding any?..... how about the filters..... oil and fuel
  16. This truck looks great...... very clean and nice ...... I thought u were talking the cs200 though
  17. Totally agree with you..... I'm about to buy a cs200 too.... and I plan to change the front axle to full air.... just gonna need hoses ... and bigger air tanks .... Keep in touch and let me know how your truck runs...... I heard they are strong and fuel efficient
  18. More than likely the engine is Renault... 6.7 liters.... same as mack E3
  19. I can just imagine how hard it was to drive.... It was slow I can bet
  20. OK cool....yeah Many Mack international freightliners and kenwork are out here..... Still plenty 80s Leyland freighter going strong..... That one is a fav.... The Bedford and Seddon Atkinson kinda rare.... Ice heard many people say they don't like the Seddon Atkinson much because its technical to maintain
  21. Jamaican Bulldog.... The Leyland Freighter still rules Jamaica.
  22. Thanks much ...... I've read the wet sleeve engine are better than dry sleeves most of the time
