  1. Did anyone watch the video of the multi car and truck pile up in Michigan is it just me but did the cars and trucks in that video seem to be going way to fast for the conditions? Im not trying to beat anybody up here but the visibility had to be really bad to come up on that pile of cars and trucks as fast as they did and have anywhere to go or even anyway to slow down.

  2. This may qualify for the tore up Tuesday thread but look at this guy wedged between two trailers in a wreck in Oregon the article stated he was in good condition when extricated. I would have gone and bought lottery tickets if that was me as soon as I could lucky there was no fire or it would have been real bad for him.

  3. I don't even know why Im even considering this right now my RS is a long way from completion maybe its the thread about the white truck rat rod but these are cool. It is an old M211 or M185 military truck they can be bought rather cheap in various states of disrepair so its not chopping up a restorable truck the GSA comes up with a bunch of these old M 211s at times. I looked into doing one of these a couple years ago pretty simple to do if you have basic fabrication skills I would be using a cat 3208 instead of the stock in line six gasser that was stock.

  4. I have gone this way restoring pre war packards by the time you bring it back from the dead you will have enough into it you could have bought one with minimal cash and achieved the same result unless you want the satisfaction of bringing something back from the dead. I have done it both ways and now that Im quite a bit older and somewhat wiser I choose the way of least resistance but its your money and time so choose whatever way you wish good luck.
