Ha, thanks. Been an extremely busy summer. I've been taking pictures and people send pictures to me all the time but I haven't had much time to post. Scott, the guy that used to drive the grey R model for Brites is in a T800 now. He said the new guy in the R-model beats the shit out of it and he said that is probably the cleanest that truck will ever be. Sounds like it will get run into the ground. Sad -
I don't think they want cookie cutter trucks, that's the only option anyone gets nowadays from all manufacturers. They are selling what they want to sell or what the government mandates them to sell not what the customer wants. Def and re-gen wouldn't be a thing if it were up to the customer. All these new trucks are plastic junk throwaways. 10 year lifespan, use them up and throw em in the trash.

A friend of mine works at O'Hare and spotted Rossi's B models there. They are still working them. Pretty cool. -

A friend passed these pictures along to me over the summer. Looks like some ex Meyer mixers that are parked in Palatine. -
I haven't been on here much lately either. I moved shortly after I bought the truck. I started tearing into it pretty good at first but it's been put on the back burner at the moment while I get the new place straightened away. New place has a barn and both B's are sitting side by side waiting for me to get back to them. The truck is pretty solid. Floors have a few issues but aren't terrible. Plan is to make it mechanically sound but keep it mostly original otherwise.

Pretty sure this Superdog used to belong to Tom's in Naperville. Looks like its stuck in the city now and will probably die there. -

This picture came to me from a friend of a friend. Was told it was taken in 78. The gentleman in the picture unfortunately died in a rollover wreck a couple years later. Not sure if it was in a truck or car. Cool old picture though with a square nose Lindahl R model. -

Been extremely busy lately. Still taking Mack pictures but haven't had much time to post them. A friend passed these along to me. One of Kanzlers Superliners parked in the weeds in Cary. What a waste! -

Went by Vaneck Bros on Pershing in Chicago the other day and saw that they had a few Macks for sale out front. Looks like they have several B-models stuffed out back as well. -

A few Elmhurst Chicago Stone trucks. Plus my First Gear ECS trucks, and a picture of their old pit on 83 in Elmhurst that I took at least 13 years ago with a disposable camera. Had to put the two pictures together.
