Where in Arkansas are you located? I'm 50 miles north of Springfield Mo I may have what you need
-
Are these trucks reliable or are they just a headache to stay away from?
-
I never could see mine leaking couldn't find any other place leaking so I replaced the compressor and that fixed my leak
-
Sometimes they leak around front seal of compressor and it's not visible

I have always heard them called nut certs or rivet nuts and they are supposed to be crimped to the metal tight enough so they don't spin
-
I'll try to get some for you tomorrow
-
I still have the red one
-
I have a MH parts truck I'll look and see how good the grill is in it when I get home

Not sure why it didn't work. It's a BW 171702 turbo that starts out with a smaller than 115 housing then is supposed to open up to the 132 at 8lbs of boost.
-
Took the switchblade turbo off put my old one back on now getting about 34lbs of boost
-
Problem fixed
-
New line put on no boost leaks now, gauge checked for accuracy and still only about 22lbs of boost
-
Found 2 holes in the fresh air line from intake to air compressor, charge air cooler tested good. Not put the new line on yet but the holes on the old appear to have been there for a while so not sure that that is all my issue.
-
Not yet going to do that tomorrow

I have a 99 CH with a 355/380 just replaced heads and put on the switchblade turbo, full tilt exhaust manifold and rochester 2.5 injectors now I'm only getting alot of smoke and only about 20lbs of boost. Before the head job I was running full tilt manifold 75hp K&S injectors and a 460 non waste gated turbo and would get some smoke and around 30lbs of boost. Any ideas or thoughts where I went wrong

Someone on here was telling about a place selling eup's for less than 300 if I remember right
-
I can't get pictures to post on here so if you want to send me an email or phone number I can send it to you that way

So are you needing transmission mounts from an RL with a 2 stick 6 speed?
-
Can this be done by just changing the front cover so a/c compressor and accessories are in correct location and an ecm reprogramming. Or will I run into other obstacles
-
After about 100 miles of driving you could see a little bit of smoke residue where it was leaking
-
No reason you can't use the one you have from the etech

I thought peak torque was around 1100 rpm on those. Probably came out with a 5,6,7,or 8 speed mack transmission when new
-
I had a similar situation and it was the gasket between the turbo and exhaust manifold
