Clark Brothers still sell a lot of cables for your speedometer or tach.  Their prices have gone way up like everything else. I often get their parts NOS on ebay. Here is a link to Clark Brothers catalog: Unknown I hope that works. I do not know anyone who restores push-pull cables, but I have some old Mack cables that might be of help if you don't mind used parts.

On your push / pull cables have you tried to take them out of the truck, coil them up in a coffee can and filled it with your favorite Panther Pi$$?????? And let set a week or so. They may be just rusted internally???? After you get them free add some graphite lube???
