Mack FAW5371 12,000# Steer Axle Bearings and Seal

Didn't find anything on a search.  I have a 1989 R688ST with a FAW5371 12k steer axle.  I need to redo the wheel ends.   I know the outer bearing is a 45280.  Does anyone have the inner and outer bearing and race numbers handy?  Also interested in a wheel seal number and a spindle nut number.   Some jackwagon used a chisel before.
