This was the Mack East Coast factory demonstrator and I believe the one used for some of the R model pumper brochure pics.  It is an R611F, third one built.  
 

I also have one of the StL City R608F’s, 6th one built, with the 707C gas engine.  It runs and drives but has issues.  The cab and chassis are perfect.  The pump body has cabinet rot but the R611F is immaculate all over.  We have lettered the R611F as StL City Pumper 32, the original identity of my R608F.
