It would look like hell after the second day in an R model as most were used in construction. I don't recall ever seeing a cab painted white inside. The entire metal insides are white with the dash area, glovebox and area between seats where parking brake is is woodgrain. The seats were probably replaced at one time with the Mack logo tan seats.
