I brought 2 MH E9s over years ago, before COVID, for parts, no title on one of them but Bill of Sale. Got to have that to start with. First thing that they looked at was if the engines had the EPA info on the valve cover. Said that if that lable was not there the trucks would not be allowed to pass into the USA. The tags were for USA emissions not Canada as well, that was a plus. An option is get a used valve cover for that engine and put it on before tring to get past the border.
