So I have a cv713 dump truck with a Ai 427 and a t310mlr with 4.42 gears and live in the mountains of Western NC and it does pretty decent if you can keep it the right power range but I always feel like I don't have enough gears I am a Eaton guy so I fight with the transmission more than I would like to admit but my biggest issue is I fight egts all day pulling mountains and hills and I constantly feel like I don't have enough gears so I took the resictor muffler off and straight piped it and that did definitely helped some and I know I need 5 inch exhaust I have the down pipe part number from grand rock and the other piece raneys sells but I have a manifold and turbo from a etec motor I was wondering can I put that on without injector and still spool it and make decent power and could you put a file from say like a etec 460 or something on it

Yes.   The exh. Manifold on your engine is restrictive.  When you pull the injector lines, you can use 320 emory cloth to touch up the ends and remove the grooves. Then use brake clean with the red tube to flush each line after you buff them. When re installing them, torque them to 40 lbft, back them off and re torque to 25-30 lbft. This will condition the ends to the seats. Once this is done, loosen 3 of the easy ones to get too at the head.pump the hand primer till fuel spills and tighten it down. Do each one individually.  The engine will fire up within an minute of cranking..
