They are 3/8-16 grade 5 so about 20-25 foot pounds would be good. While the manifolds are off I'd lay a straight edge across the sealing surfaces to ensure they are flat. If not it would be a good time to have them "planed, flycut, decked" or whatever it's called in your neck of the woods to ensure they'll seal.

Standard procedure with exhaust manifolds while off for me.
