CH613 Top Loader Bolts Coming Loose

Hi guys...

I am new on here and have a very frustrating problem. I run a small diesel repair shop in southern Utah. I have a customer who purchased two 1994 CH613 10 wheel dump trucks from Ritchie Bros. I installed all new torque arm bushings in both of them and on one we removed the rear top loader diff and resealed it. Since then the truck that got the diff resealed keeps having the torque arm bracket bolts back out of the holes in the diff. We have tried several sets of new grade 8 bolts torqued with and without lub. We've loctited and this last time I even welded the heads of the bolts. Well guess what they are loose again. I have read thru the last few years of drive train topics and haven't come across anything similar. I do feel confident that this might just be the place I find a solution. Thanks

Thanks guys. I'll check for cracks. This truck only drives about 2500 miles a year but gets worked full time in a housing development. Lots of tight radius turns. This suspension design is terrible. They have four other Mack trucks that use torque arms like everyone else does too bad this one can't be like that.
