Solution Back In Black Pulling Posted May 13, 2013 Solution Share Posted May 13, 2013 When you release parking brake it puts air to the valve so your rack can only travel a little. When you start to build boost it turns off air flow to puff limiter then lets the rack move the hole way. If you want it guicker you can un screw limiter from front of pump and add washers or disconnect the line from parking valve and plug it to make lots of smoke!!!! rsb502 Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 Remove it, unless you turn up the pump it doesn't make that much more smoke, I cranked my pump WAY up and removed my smoke puff limiter. Now I can up shift till the rpm gets to about idle in gear then roll into it and leave a smoke screen behind me that turns on automatic headlights. EPA just takes the fun outta everything.
