Our local dealers have long since discarded service manuals on these engines as they have gone out of service.We would also like to find the correct head bolt tensions, main bearing tensions and big end bolt tensions for the 866.Can anyone help us out? Head bolt torque-225 ft/lbs Main bearing torque(12 point)-350 ft/lbs Also says "main bearing buttress screw"-100 ft/lbs& "mainbearing buttress screw cover screw" (long & short)-80 ft/lbs. The "big end bolt",are you talking about the one on the front of the crankshaft (holds viration dampener on)?
