DodgeMan
I`m looking for a set of hubs for my B81. I have 11.00r24 tires right now. Found out there getting impossible to get.I would like a set of 22 inch hubs so i could run 12.00 r 22.5 tires. Even tho the 24 inch tires look better.Am i better to go with bud hubs or stay with spiders? (like the look of spiders tho)I would deff be intrested in higher gear ratio rears. 700`sCan you still buy gears for the old rears?Axle info isCRDP112A5078911KHA5113P6R-824 (( or the 4 could be a A))I believe the numbers on the spiders are 8QJ3144P2.It is a 1962 Mack B81 SX.Thanks Paul
David
With 22" hubs you will need to run 24.5 tires. Not 22.5.

Maddog13407
think youd be better off findin a newer set of 58 rears out of an Rd or Dm. that way youll have newer style everything and easier tire options. im not sure if you can get gears for the olders rears, the R is ratio 8.24, slow as hell, even with a double over quad box
DodgeMan
Dum question, what size tire and how slow is slow as hell?
Maddog13407
some of them ran 1200 24's and others ran 24.5's which are 22''. and slow as hell would probably be around 48-54 mph, if that
