As long as they have been cleaned of all oil (hell thats easy, just let them run and dont add any) I'm ok with putting them into the atlantic ocean about 30-40 miles out from the coast.

They aren't the best though. I think an E9 V8 would hold a boat in place better. Or an 855 cummins would be great.
