I had mine 'checked' out the other day at a reputable diesel joint. The guy more or less said that I need a complete overhaul of the fuel system...to the tune of about $4,000. To do anything really, the pump has to be pulled off and if you're going to go through that much trouble, why not just do it all. He 'thinks' that the econovance deal is not doing what it's supposed to and one of those alone costs $1900...! Secondly, the slow acceleration could be a bad governor, another $800. Too many parts, too much money on that crap. I'll just run it with its abnormally high pyro temps...hopefully when it craps out it catches fire so I can get a new one rather than rebuild.
