  2. Yah I’m going to see if I can figure out what tj was describing here and try to puta gauge in there so I don’t have to take the fuel temp sensor out again ....
  3. I’m wondering now if I would have been ok if I would have pumped the primer when it stalled the first time....
  4. Ok guys I got it running....yah!!! Guess I should let it run awhile while I figure out what happened..... I had to pump it by hand to keep her running at first.....fuel pump?
  5. Yah this truck hauled road salt for a bunch of seasons too so the rust has really gotten to her.. usually end up cutting and grinding bolts just to get parts off all the time...O joy!
  6. I can try the red 911 no problem....definitely not into loading the parts cannon....
  7. It’s pretty windy here right now and I really don’t want to lift the hood right now but I will do it first thing tomorrow morning.....
  8. I tried but I couldn’t break the line’s loose... I need to go back at it tomorrow with I propane torch and get them loosened up....we deal with rust here...
  9. Ya I found a Mack pump here locally and I just want to make sure that’s it ....

  11. Yah I’m just having a little trouble believing the pump went bad by just sitting there for a week ....
  12. I video recorded the gauge with my phone and I can see that there is no pressure building as engine cranks...
  13. Ya that’s all I have is a propane torch anyway....shoestring budget over here....
  14. Just to be sure.....you are talking about lines on output side of ejector pumps right....up on top where it goes into heads.....
  15. I’m having trouble getting those lines loose.....
  16. I put a gauge at port where fuel temp sensor goes....there’s definitely no pressure when cranking. It pumps up to 55psi with hand pump.I have to wait until I can get someone to help me try to start it while pumping to see if it will start ....
  17. The weather is getting a little nasty here today so not sure if I will be under hood with all this wind.... You guys are a great help for me and I’ll let you know what I find...
  18. Fjh Any good tricks to get the lines loose....they seem to be on there pretty good...
  19. Fjh the fuel pump does get hard but does not seem to stay pressured very long... I did not try to start while pumping....alone here so I can’t do that right now...
  20. Ok I’m looking for a pressure gauge so I can screw in where the fuel temp sensor goes I think....
  21. I think I need to check the check valve...that screws out of block correct with a locknut on it?
