Thanks grrrrl-was sure they were available. Parts guy is just a computer puncher. If the part is not on the build list, he's lost.
Rowdy, I want it to look good, or decent. Welding is not my thing.

IF you have air-ride, watch air gage. You may have a bag blown out. When you hit a bump, chassis drops, driveline vibration.
OR, this may sound crazy, but check for broken axle. Place I worked had "the worlds best driver" Truck had serious vibration occasionally. Pulled trans, and checked out OK. Pulled an axle, broke. This driver also snapped another the same week.

Found a low stump with the plastic bumper on my cx. Don't know if I want to spend on a chrome(yet). Have seen steel bumpers on some cx, local dealer says "no can do'. Any help would be appreciated hatcity

Have browsed thru this forum for a little while. Very informative for any make and model.
Been interested in big trucks for a looong time. Initiated to MACK in a older R-400 Thermodyne, quad box, air steer. Drove many different types of trucks, mostly Mack (dump, garbage). Had an opportunity to get my own and got a reworked cx613. LOVE it. 427, 10 spd. Former OTR became a self-loader.
