  1. I just posted an ad for a Ford/Howe fire truck in the FOR SALE section. It ain't a Mack, but it IS a fire truck, LOL.
  2. I'm going down on friday. I hope to be there around noon. It's a five hour drive, but worth it. I'm not bringing my Pete, though. It's not really ready for the show circuit yet.
  3. Yeah, I saw that. It's too bad cuz he sounded like he really wanted to finish it up. But, I know how priorities can change in a heartbeat. There's a lot of good left in that thing. I hope someone gets it that has the desire and ability to finish it up. It's a very rare model.
  4. Sorry, but I don't have a scanner. I suggest you contact the Mack Museum with your serial number. They will provide a lot of information about it, and will likely include a xerox copy of the sales brochure. They operate on a donation basis, and I highly recommend sending them one. You'll find them very helpful and nice to deal with. Their phone number is 610-266-6767. They are in Allentown, Pa. Good luck with your truck. I hate to abandon my project, but I have to be realistic.
  5. I put my 1953 model A54T Mack on eBay if anyone is interested. Here's the link to it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1953-Model-...sspagenameZWDVW If that doesn't work the item number is 4586852528
  6. I just placed an add in the "FORSALE" forum for my 1953 Mack A54-T. If you're interested check it out. It will make someone a worthwhile project.
