  1. That looks awesome! I would put the hub caps back on and leave it the way it is but that's just my two cents. What are you doing with the old visor??
  2. Looking good Vinny. Thats just about how I put my cab on with the exception that I used My Mack boom truck from work to put it on but that doesn't really matter. Keep up the good work. Now I got to get caught up(I need to install the radiator and rear ends) with you . Thanks, Josh
  3. And all this time I thought U meant Upside down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Josh
  4. Hey Guys, Yesterday I got the the cab on the RS700. Every thing perfectly smoth putting it on. Now I gut to do my favorite part (NOT REALLY ), wiring! Actually now that the cab is off the floor my brother and I can get the hood in the garage off the Magnum that were working and sandblast and paint the frame by the end of this week(If all goes well which it never does ) Here's some pictures. Thanks, Josh
  5. Doug, That would be great! Send me a PM with the details if you find them. Thanks, Josh
  6. I'm looking for a few Mack emblems. The first is the sign off the side of the cab for a DM800. I would like to get one for my brothers birthday next month because he's a DM800 nut. The second is a set of Valueliner signs which I'd just like to have. Last I'd like to find is a set of Western Contractor signs off a newer RD(they look like the Superliner and Valueliner signs). I know this is probably a tall order but If any of you can help let me know. Thanks for any help on the matter, Josh
  7. Looking really good Vinny . I should have my cab on the RS this week too(need more room for the parts off the Magnum). Mabey we can park them side by side at Macungie or Lititz next year if all goes well. Keep it up. Thanks, Josh
  8. Hey guys, I finally got the frame painted and the engine installed last weekend on the RS. This thing is turning out nicer than I thought it would(Not Complaining). I'm almost going to be affraid to drive it when it's finished, Almost !! As soon as my Brother and I get done on the Magnum of my buddies we can get back on this thing alot more and hope fully get the cab and rears installed before snow flies. Enjoy as always. Thanks, Josh
  9. The one in the first picture is what I'm looking for. I would like to find the one with the square fog light holes as the truck had them originally but the fog light are gone so it doesn't have to have them. In other words either with or withouot fog lights will work. Here's what she looks like right now. Thanks, Josh
  10. That isn't the truck we're working on this one is. My one cousin used to own this truck and he babied it when he did. I hope someday that I can talk it out of my friend who know owns it now. We took the the sleeper off sunday and the fifth wheel to sand blast and paint the frame.
  11. Superliner 2 has its own style bumper. Superliner 1 shares the same as the r models I believe. Here's what I'm looking for. Thanks, Josh
  12. I'll get some pictures later today. The plan is to have it done for gerharts show. My brother and I have a lot of work to do between now and then but I think we can have it there. Next week we are going full bore into it. Thanks, Josh
  13. Do any of you know the Henderickson part number for a Superliner2 bumper with or without fog lights?? My brother and I are semi redoing one for a friend of ours and it needs a bumper. We would like to keep it with a factory style one if possible. Thanks, Josh
  14. I was wondering if any knows for sure wether there is a difference in the cam shafts between an ENDT865-866(non Dynatard) and an ENDTB865-866(Dynatard)? Is the difference in the rockers and push rods only or is the cam different as well? Thanks, Josh
  15. That would look really good all restored as is next to my RS700 ! It's not a Magnum but I'll take it ! I love Superliners with that wheel base with a 36 inch sleeper ! Thanks, Josh
  16. Sorry Vinny, no U models but he does have a hood off a DM which is the same as a U model laying upside down in the grass. The only truck he has left is a very rotted out mack EF. Thanks, Josh
  17. I figure I better get on the band wagon too. I looking for an Able body 36 inch Sleeper with dual exhaust cut outs off a Superliner. The interior can be in any condition. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Josh
  18. Hey guys, I just picked up another 866 V8 the other day from a guy my family has known for ever( It was the first I ever met him in person) and he showed my brother and I a set of aluminum frame rails he saved from a Cruiseliner he scrapped(I think). All there are is 2 aluminum rails and one aluminum cross member from the truck. The rails are not in the best condition but they are still usable. The reason I ask is the man that I bought the engine from(the one with frame rails too) thought My brother and I might be interested in them. What are they worth? I'm just looking for a rough idea on a price because there is some other parts and one truck I will probably get from him in the future so I am going try a package deal. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Josh
  19. That would be great Rob. The whole bottom and part of the sides of mine are rotted out but the mounts are still in good shape. As far as I know they're all pretty much the same. I have seen some that are bigger and some that are smaller but they were usually used on say a cabover or a heavy haul truck just for a few examples. Thanks, Josh
  20. Do any of you have an extra Farr air cleaner off an R model laying around that you could part with?? The one on my RS700 is rotted out and I want to keep it with the Farr air cleaner. I could have it fixed but that is plan B. I would much rather find a good one that needs minor work if possible. I really just need the shell at the very least but I would take one as a whole. I know tit's a tall order but threre it is. Thanks for any help on the matter,Josh
  21. Thanks for all the great comments Guys. This project is turning out really nice so far.I can't wait to drive it when it's all back together  ! Dave, the paint on the cab is slightly darker than you may think but just as nice. Thanks again, Josh
